Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered from CrookedUnicornShirt. If something is not right, we will do our best to fix it. Everything below explains how refunds and returns work in a simple and honest way.
Returning an Item
You may request a return within thirty days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return instructions.
Once your return arrives, we will look it over. If everything is in good condition, we will approve the return and move forward with your refund or exchange.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or a different version of the same item, let us know. We will help you exchange it as long as the item you want is still available. If it is not available, we can offer a refund instead.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, we will issue your refund through the same payment method you used at checkout. Most banks take a few business days to process refunds, so please allow a little time for the money to appear in your account.
Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items are final sale. These include anything marked as final sale on the product page, gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery. Items that arrive to us in used condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if we accidentally sent the wrong item, reach out to us right away. Please include photos so we can understand what went wrong. We will replace the item or offer another fair solution as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages
If your package does not arrive or the tracking appears stuck, contact us and we will help you look into it. Carriers sometimes experience delays, but we will always try to assist you in locating your order.
